Carl has an incredible and infectious energy. He is unflappable, effectively delivering skills workshops at our ‘What Career Live?’ event at the NEC, Birmingham, visited by over 10,000 students, parents and careers advisors. Whilst recruited fairly last minute, Carl was able to pull together a lively, inspiring and engaging session which will no doubt stay with the students for years to come. I found Carl incredibly easy to work with, consistently bringing exciting ideas to the table - his passion is undeniable. I look forward to working with Carl on future projects and utilising the full spectrum of his skills to help support students.

Carl recently delivered a keynote at our student conference, he also delivered a range of workshops for our level 3 and higher education students. The sessions were awesome, Carl talked about his journey and key experiences that had helped him along the way.
